Shipping Policy

Most orders go out the same day if placed before 3pm ET. Orders placed after 3pm ET typically ship the next business day.

We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

After your order ships, average delivery is 2–5 business days within the United States and 7–21 business days everywhere else. You'll receive tracking as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and address issues can affect timing.

Shipping is free on every order except one: a one-time purchase of the 4-pouch starter, which adds $5 at checkout. Every subscription ships free — including the starter — and so does every larger bundle, whether you subscribe or buy it once.

We ship worldwide. The same rates on this page apply wherever the order is going — shipping is free on every subscription and every larger bundle, and a one-time starter pays the flat rate above. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. We don't collect or remit those.

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, or if it arrives damaged, email hello@kumasupps.com with your order number and photos if available. We'll help sort it out.
